Reserved Return-to-Hospital patient

Belongings	・ Insurance Card 　※We verify it once a month. ・ Registration Card
Reception Place		Reception is made at #1 Return-to-Hospital machine.
Reception Flow	Go to each treatment department reception counter (when beginning of the month, go to #9 Insurance reception with reception slip. Medical interview at each department reception counter. ↓ Treatment / Examination ↓ After when all treatment / examination completed, tale a small slip ticket at #12 Calculation Reception. (Data is transferred to Calculation) ↓ Number is displayed on TV screen. Red: Payment at Automatic Pay-in machine Blue: Payment at Accounting #7 counter. ↓ In case Medication Number is appeared on right hand side of a Receipt, go to #24 Pharmaceutical Counter.

Non-reserved Return-to-Hospital patient

Reception Place		Reception is made when reserved open hour for treatment at #1 return-to-hospital machine. （When reservation hours are fully booked, go to #5　Return-to-Hospital counter.）
Reception Flow	Go to each treatment department reception counter with Reception Slip. (when at beginning of the month, show Insurance Card at #9 Insurance Card reception counter.) ↓ Treatment / Examination ↓ After when all treatment / examination completed, tale a small slip ticket at #12 Calculation Reception. (Data is transferred to Calculation) ↓ Number is displayed on TV screen.
