Reception Flow

First-time Visit Patient	・Patients who visit our hospital for the first time ・Patients who has not visited our hospital for a long time. ・Patients who are visiting the department they’d like to be consulted for the first time or who have not visited for a long time.
Special treatment fee for initial medical consultation	【 Special treatment fee for initial medical consultation 】 Please note that if you do not have a referral letter from another hospital, you will be asked to pay an additional 2,100 yen for the initial consultation fee (The amount has been changed as of April 1, 2012).
Reception	No Introduction Letter First visit reception at #4 counter.	With Introduction Letter Morning Consultation only: First visit reception at #3 counter.
Reception Flow	Present your Insurance Card and receive a Hospital Card at Reception. ↓ Proceed to the reception of each department ↓ Questionnaire at the reception of each department. ↓ Consultation and Examination ↓ After all consultations and examinations are completed, Please take a small piece of paper with your number written on it at the checkout counter No. 12. (Data will be sent for Checkout) ↓ Your number will be displayed on the TV screen. Red: Payment by Automatic payment machine Blue: Payment at Accounting counter #7. ↓ If there is a medication number for the prescription on the right side of the receipt, please go to the pharmacy counter #24.

Place a reception slip barcode under the Barcode Reading Unit.

Accounting Slip will be printed. Please tear it off and take it with you.
